Follow these steps to install Solitaire and the other Windows 7 games on your Windows 8.1/10 PC:
Visit this page on the Oldergeeks website.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the big Download Now link.
After the zip file has been saved to your computer, right-click on the zipped folder and click Extract All.
Open the newly-created folder and double-click on the Win7GamesForWin10-Setup.exe file, then follow the prompts to install the games on your system.
After the games have been installed, simply select the game you wish to play from the Start Menu.
